Because the original tremulous developers don't want the 'Tremulous' name to be used, as it isn't really a spiritual successor to the game, more of a branch based on the original idea of Tremulous.

This and because I don't think Rotacak wants to be in the original devs bad books, it will look bad if the game is made without the original game devs blessings.

My first suggest:

If someone know the FEAR series. FEAR = First Encounter Assault Recon...

We can make a big title with type (letter)...Something like: HAPB = Humans Aliens Planet Battle (you can do this thing if you want a big title)

Also if you want a title just with one word, need something cool. Tremulous name was take from Quake. Well we need something original. We have to think about this.

You guys can suggest more names!

They can say "we can legally shoot your cat if you use our name", but they are allowed to say that because of US law, as it is hosted in America, they live in America, so First Amendment still applies)

ChuckFKNorris' map "Tremship" is based on a scene. Well, that's what I heard him say.

I wouldn't say it's related to tremulous. If anything, it would be "Alien" although humans are clearly the disadvantaged ones here without turrets and shit. Aliens have their hives, the reproduce off humans (facehuggers anyone? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7zMJbJanQnk)
