The owners of the soundtracks do that all the time on a lot of the illegal music videos on Youtube. 

Try http://retro.grooveshark.com (http://retro.grooveshark.com) - all the tracks on there *are* legal, through some copyright loophole or other.  The music on that website is pure 48KHz anyways, instead of the god-awful Youtube compressed MP4 tracks.
