Just 1 Question : Why there's no countdown in the portal?

The developers are still seeking investors to provide financial support necessary for the resources to be used in the game.

I.E.

The game is not yet in development, due to a failed Kickstarter campaign.

It's been a while since we've heard anything from Rotacak about the dev process, but I'd give him another month before asking questions.

Making kickstarter campaign is a lot of work and even that I think it would be unsuccessfull anyway in this moment.
