Hey,
I would recommend as the Mainboard: Asus X99-Pro/USB 3.1 and for the graphics: Asus GeForce GTX 980 Ti Strix OC.
For your CPU cooling check out the "NZXT Kraken X61" - if you have a Big Tower. Try to use always a 280mm radiator instead of a 240mm!
