As long as you are the one using other people's work, I guess it indeed is not that important. I wonder how this would play out it if the situation was reversed.
Saying this is a situation that has to be resolved between Timbo and Rotacak suggests that Rotacak actually replies to Timbo's queries, which is certainly not the case. This thread wouldn't exist otherwise.

As has been said several times in this thread, Rotacak does not react to any query sent by Timbo. The only reason I post here is so that Rotacak can not find any excuse besides a lack of willingness. I'm already regretting the fact that I even came near you people.

Still no answer as to why it's so hard to remove artwork that you are not allowed to use from your website. You can keep pulling the 'omg its a troll' card all you like, but it doesn't change the fact that the website is still using Tremulous art and it doesn't change the fact that solving this issue is really not that much work.

Let's settle on a serious lack of willingness to use your own work instead of other people's work, even though the other people have asked time and again to stop using their work for your own (commercial) project.

Do you guys need any help with fixing the Murnatan front page? Since it seems such a hard thing to replace a few images and link, I would like to offer my help and fix the front page for you. This way you will have no argument besides unwillingness.

As I stated in my first reply, Timbo is ignored by Rotacak. I post here because I'm used to flinging poo and because I feel what's happening here is wrong. Timbo has done nothing but give you things, yet not even the simplest gesture of consideration comes from you.

Talking to a brick is about as useful in this situation as talking to people who are not Murnatan developers. It has nothing to do with what I think about you personally, even though I fully understand you want to make this as personal as possible, since that takes the focus away from the actual problem.

Still, no answer. Again: Why is it so hard to change the website and remove the Tremulous stuff?

The fact is that is that the game doesn't matter at all at this point. What matters is the use of Tremulous assets on the website and the sale of products that clearly infringe on Tremulous' trademark. 
 
So once again: What's so hard about changing a few images and links on a website? Put some images of the new artwork there instead of Tremulous artwork. It can't possibly be harder than finishing the 'damn game'.

The goal is not to get money from Rotacak and/or his friends in any way. The goal is to make Rotacak and/or his friends stop using Tremulous art assets. Nothing more, nothing less. Claiming otherwise is nothing more than spreading misinformation with the goal of creating strife and drama, while the actual goal should be to fix your mistakes.

Since you seem to have edited your post several times and added quite a few words to it, yet failed to answer a simple question, I'll just ask the same question again for the sake of clarity, only a bit more elaborate:

How come the situation concerning the Murnatan website has not changed since the last time this was subject of discussion? It's been quite a few months now and you can't honestly say it's a lot of work to accomplish. Ignoring the obvious lack of willingness to right your wrongs, what really is the problem?

It went from "we aren't using any of the assets" to "we still need to fix the asset problem". It has been several months since the last time this was subject of discussion.

Why is this so hard to fix? I ask this so that people who are not you or your friends can understand your situation a little better and then formulate a proper response.

[EDIT] I know very well that I am talking to someone who is not a part of the development team as listed on the Murnatan website. I acknowledge this makes this whole discussion about as useful as talking to a brick, but any information as to why this problem is so hard to solve is a plus.

http://www.murnatan.com/ is using Tremulous art assets that the creators of Murnatan are not allowed to use. The one holding the actual rights to these assets is ignored on Twitter, so I decided to post here, catch all the shit thrown at me by a bunch of children and hopefully find a meaningful reply from Rotacak inbetween.

I can only speak for myself. I have not hated on this project at all. I'm merely a Tremulous lover who sees two groups of complete morons hating on each other. That includes the Tremulous forums as well as these forums. If you think the best answer to hate is more hate, you are making a sorry mistake. Take your hooliganism to the soccer pitch or something.
