I would assume based on the lack of an obvious charging handle/lever, and the addition of a few electronic components that this will have some sort of non-reciprocating servo-operated bolt charging system to automatically chamber the first round every time the rifle is reloaded?

An HK-91/PTR-91 chambered for .308/7.62x51 NATO never fails to make one hell of a sound given a range with the right acoustics - ESPECIALLY when they are equipped with shorter barrels.
