Difference between fully-moddable game and just a way to plug things into it. There's one client, made by one company, with one way of adding things to the game.

Well, you can always make your own gamemodes.

And i guess there will be no DLC's for this game, or well expansions for now.

We do not plan any separate DLC, since in-game shop will be full of DLC content.

I remember having Zombie mode on the original tremulous. They did not take it out because when you try to create you're own server it says 'ZOMBIE MODE' at the bottom.

I don't think anybody is a server.

But i like Zombie server! And i think more other players.
