Currently no. If situation will change, we will announce it. But we mainly recruiting artists from Czech republic and Slovakia.

1) you need to be very good in your proffesion
2) you need to have examples of your work
3) you have to be adult for signing the contract

I can't quite recall from my raw memory, but there was a movie about a child who wanted to grow bigger, and his wishes end up true, he became an adult. His mum kicked him out off the house not knowing who he was. Then they thought he kidnapped himself... Anyway, he had to earn money for the first time, and accidentally got a job at a toy shop of some kind, was one of the only few who could play the floor keyboard (maybe that was from another movie?) and designed really awsome lego models and stuff, and the shop raised him as one of the top designers.... I can't remember past that, but an adult with a child's imagination can achieve a lot. What if he never had the body of an adult?

Textures for maps? It depends if that textures was already used somewhere, if they are in some theme collections or just random textures, how do you want to sell it (contract...) etc. Anyway, this will be relevant when we will start to create maps. So, it is in theory possible, but later.

Yes, map textures. They are new and not used anywhere yet and all type "tech" "metal" "industrial". I was thinking about selling them as a package but we can talk about it later. As you said:  ...possible, but later.
