Please no such advantages for noobs... everybody could become skilled aimer with this. I know it's U3 engine but dont even occur to do it for the greater good :P It ruins game, that's all.
haters that ye got some place to spam, that doesn't automatically mean you will do it, or... well, suit yourselves.

This will probably be a switchable server option like in 1.1/1.2.
I personally like unlagged, even if it is exploitable... I can just banhammer the people that cheat and bot with it. :3
Unlagged also seems to piss people off less in low-ping servers.

When it comes to cheaters, it's easier for triggerbots and aimbots to score in UL, because the client sends hit information to the server, instead of the other way around. With no lag delay, aimbots work better because they don't have to predict where the enemy will be.
It's also a lot easier to detect botters with Unlagged on, because they tend to accumulate higher kill counts in a much shorter time.
!Invisible mode helps with catching these types of people, because they don't know when and when not to cheat in our server.

That's why unlike other servers, *cough*lettards*cough* we have a banning policy that requires us to provide evidence of the offense on our forums for everyone to see. If someone claims a punishment was unwarranted, our Leaders and S-Ls will look at it. If it turns out that the ban or global was indeed bogus, it is repealed at the earliest convenience.

That is true, but:
1) players have often only one "home" server
2) many others servers can be configured with shared ban service - you can connect only when you have no ban on official server
3) many others servers can be configured with some required playtime on official server - you can connect only when you already played X hours on official server
So, with well configured server will have griefers very hard work.

the connected server banlist is nice idea, it's very effective.

Personally the peoblem is not enough admins knowing what an aimbot/triggerbot looks like. I played lagged for most if my trmulous years and the first few months of playing at unlagged was not nice since I got banned many times. Lagged shows more individual skill than unlagged. And let's face it, who uses teamwork on public games:P

actually in into the wild when aliens make huge amount of outposts and in H team there are some more experienced people, then H team takes them out by themselves, kinda teamwork :D

Because he will not play on your server. If he will play on server where is everything allowed, who cares? That depend on server owner.

I'm not so sure on that.
Of the people i encouraged to play tremulous and actually played the game, these are their reasons for rage quitting:
~40%"Players are given square guns which do no damage, aliens are overpowered, this game is unbalanced. Too outdated, poor graphics etc."
~5%"Alien starter classes are useless."
~25%"This game lags like shit"
~15%"All the admins on trem are **** and *** cause they're ***" [Even though only one admin banned them for like 15 minutes, they still ragequit. Hard to beleive, but there are people who can't tolerate teeny things...]
~15% Actually play the game for at least 3 months.
15% doesn't sound like much, but surely is greater than the number who actually continue playing...
These are not statistics, their assumtions based from all of the friends that i have that i recruited.
Besides, 95% or statistics are modified or made up.

Because he will not play on your server. If he will play on server where is everything allowed, who cares? That depend on server owner.
That's right, and maybe so will many other people not play. Say we have an RCZ of some sorts on Trem2. Except its full of admins and you can't do anything "fun" there. But there are a few other servers which have no admins ever, so most players go over there.
The reason RCZ on 1.2 has almost all the players is:
It's different and unique
Because it is different, it has some people on it, which bring in more and more.
But with a new game that has all things that RCZ 1.2 has built right in, there will be no point in going to an official RCZ Trem2 server. They will just go to a place with no rules and far less lag

I do? dont wanna spam offtopic but childish people like Vodka (Oblinub) always make me laught :D I was there about 2 times few weeks ago to play like 2 games on my shitty laptop that doesnt support OpenGL enought to show textures in right way, and yep :D I met Obli who from my short visit came to conclusion that I play trem constantly =) .
And to follow topic, I would suggest making it little bit harder to hit aliens/humans than it is on R Funserver even with lowping.
(btw. I would appreciate help with my OpenGL, I'm running that on laptop with windows vista ultimate 32bit, i3 CPU with integrated Intel HD graphic card,4GB RAM , and only driver I found supports 2.1 OpenGL version which doesnt show textures as It should. If some of you know some solution, PM me that please, thanks.)

I would suggest making it little bit harder to hit aliens/humans than it is on R Funserver even with lowping.
It will be harder to hit aliens, harder to hit humans, turrets and teslas will be stronger, acid tubes will be weaker.
Everything that only because of better hitboxes. That is reason why rebalancing will be needed to achieve same 1.1 gameplay.

As rota wrote before lagged/unlagged was thing in Q3 engine, this is going to be on unreal 3 engine.

That was meant generaly, In lot of games not even the quake 3 engine are lowping players stronger, because more of their shots hit the target, and its similar like they had a bigger hitbox.
