I thought of a new kind of alien.
If people like the idea I could put in the game.

It is an alien capable of swimming at high speed. Could launch an electric shock to fry whatever was in an area, except the advanced marauder and of  your same type, which would absorb the discharge and would become a little stronger. You could also pull ink to camouflage or poisoning the enemy, would also have tentacles with which it could attack and take the enemy and then you could eat, with the tentacles could poison the enemy and immobilize so he could not attack, if not carried battlesuit it would affect or be eaten.

You can also leave the water but you can not be too long because it needs to be in the water when the attack happens it will be weaker, lose the ability to shoot lightning and anger losing life but not recovered until it reaches the water.
Out of the water and can also launch a lightning attack like the advanced marauder but more powerful.

For maps without water, it will be necessary for this alien a new structure for hydration, or the Grangers could make a substance or liquid for this alien.

A name for this alien could be "Nautilus" or "Trilobite"

This will have quite alien life and can only be used in Stage 3.

Maybe we could make a flying granger type species
it would look like a flying bumble bee but can build stuff the name

The aqua alien idea is good, I like it.

Maybe it should look sorta like a dolphin shape but like alien,

It should be able to shoot out of the water and hit something at high damage(Humans should stay away from the water)

But then new maps will need much more water. Water in Trem1 was perfect for humans as aliens became slow moving targets. Maybe the idea will work

Hi. This idea is very nice. So I made a few fast sketches using Killer's description.
Nautilus:
This one's big. Considering it's S3 only, I thought it had to be big.
A:

Smaller, more like a turtle.
B:

Like B but without eyes. And "armor"(Hard skin) in the head.
C:

Serpent like, with legs to go out of the water, but not fast in the ground.
D:
 
I'll do some "cleaner" version of the most liked, or incase someone can't see it right. The tails are tentacles. My failed tentacles. Also, I thought it would be very nice if humans had robots. I'll post something to explain better, later.

B is great, just put there eyes, not circled ones.

Nautilus B colored version:

A: Red for skin, red-brown and khaki-like for the armor.
 

B: A's color, just inverted. Seems more aquatic to me.
 

C: And pink colored armor, looks nice if you ask me.
