Expect about 2-3 weeks to North America, barring any customs holdings or inspections.

I tried to buy one using paypal but I got this message: "We're sorry, but your transaction couldn't be completed using the selected card, (card number here). This happened because it has been denied by the card issuer."
What does that mean?

Definitely an issue with your card.

If it is a prepaid card, make sure it has not expired, and that it is valid for online purchases.  Be sure that the card has been activated.

If it is a checking/debit card, make sure you are not trying to withdraw below your account minimum, and that your account permissions are set up correctly.

If it is a credit card, make sure you aren't already in debt beyond your credit limit.  Gambling is bad for you, and you should seek help immediately.

Was the card purchased outside of the US?

The prepaid vendor might have a policy against international purchases.  It might be caused by either the fact that you are buying a Czech product, or buying a product through a US company.

Prepaid cards are dumb like that.

You will probably have to contact the card issuer to see why they are denying this transaction.

Otherwise, if you have an active PayPal account, you could *TRY* to link the card to your account, but from what I have read, this usually ends with you getting ripped off for a dollar each time you try.

PayPal might have something to say on this page here, but it seems to be broken for the moment.

From what I understand, it can also be some sort of security protection on PayPal's side triggered by the lack of a name and address associated with the prepaid card.

Yeah... I found this and well... I don't really know what to do... I guess I'll just have to ask my parents to buy it (Yes, I still live with my parents, my college is in my hometown so...  8)). *sigh* Well thanks for your help, I'll figure a way to buy a granger. I won't find peace until I have a granger plushy!  :D
