"not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International or United States Federal law. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also forbidden on this forum"

not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate
Copernicus was wrong, the earth IS flat,
  abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing,
I hate that damn Nigger for this,
  obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening,
that I want to bash his lower-back with a ${symbol_of_your_relligion>},
   adult material,
so his behind will look like this:   o -->  O  </picture>
copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material.
then I will film it on my iPad, which looks like this:

 .-----.
|        |    oh NO! patent pending!  copyrighted!
|        |    rounded rectangle! copyrights violation!
'------'

I skipped "invasive of a person's privacy" I guess this can make sense (and spam etc)

You might want to replace the default SFM licence :P with what Rota written in Rules + minimal amount of "standard disclaimer / not my problem" text :)

I will think about that. I prefer simple rules too.
